The Bay Area Regional Water Quality Control Board is in the early stages of developing the plan, called Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL). This plan will affect everyone who lives or works in the watershed or has an interest in its natural resources.
At this meeting, the scientists will share their research and seek stakeholder input. The forum will establish an open dialogue between people who may be affected by the plan (e.g. community residents, resource agencies, and the County) and the scientists who are conducting the research.
